This class is designed to co-ordinate mind, body and breath to develop sleek and functionally strong abdominal muscles, restore torso and joint stability and release spinal pressure.

Continued Pilates practise will help to re-educate muscles to allow maximum strength and flexibility and improve postural alignment.

Taking part will also help release built-up stress and tension and help relax the mind.

 
   

Palecek Principles believes Pilates should be approached as a life journey and as an unrivalled step to getting fitter and feeling stronger. Pilates can enhance yoga, running and weight training, but improve core strength and posture and thus reduce chances of injury.

Continued Pilates practise will increase body awareness and promote an evolving body with a toned shape and tuned, balanced muscles.
